I would say goli sincee it has the most cargo space and you need a good ship to fight back when pirates/enemy players attack you.

download openstealth, start collecting palladium --> after press the button that opens a little menu and you have 2 choises
1. Repair
2. Kill Npc
tick them both and os collects palladium , exp, honor , URI
