-10% dmg increase scrolls removed

First there was not HWT at the start of the server, people were trading with alot
of chars :mad: and they are selling moons for real money! $$
now you put limits for both chars and coins >,< u are kidding us!
I did open many of tickets on ur website but nobody answer.

We are up all time, updating the server daily to make better and better.
