Another user just told me that once he logged in via browser and entered the captcha he could login using the bot as long as he didn't change his IP. Can you confirm that? This might be a workaround for now.

I tried it but doesnt work. How can I achieve that I am using the same IP address?

I set up the bot, connected it to Tor Browser. I open the standard Browser window, I login but even after that the bot wont login.

For example: Browser window IP: 45.154.255.71 (based on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] )
External IP that the bot is showing: 135.148.33.82

So I figured thats where the problem is.

If you set up the bot to use Tor you need to login to Ikariam using the Tor browser too. Since you've already downloaded Tor just open that browser instead.

Thats what I meant, maybe I didnt make myself totally clear.

I was logging in with Tor as this account was registered solely for the purposes of trying the bot. (dont wanna get banned for multiacc)

Is there like any specific order of the steps I should do? (like open the software after I login with Tor browser, closing the Tor browser window before I open the bot, etc...)

And by the way - thank you for swift reply :)

Hi there, for the ones that were able to make that work do you open the bot first or tor? because i cant do that work either way
i use the same tor that is working on bot and it doesnt work
any help?

Sorry, since I don't play Ikariam myself I can't help much with this issue but maybe you can try setting the exit node manually to the same one the bot uses. Here's a tutorial I found: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Since the bot starts a Tor session in the background you could also check if you can link the new browser session to the existing Tor session. That probably would be more convenient than changing the exit node.

Let me know if it works.

Thanks for the response. The exit nodes strategy is exactly what I needed.

I managed to set Tor Browser window exit node to the address bot uses. Somehow, the software is still connecting to Tor with random exit node but at least I can limit the node of the browser window so progress is being made.

Ill probably need to manually configure the exit node for browser window based on the one bot uses everytime, but its still better than not being able to login at all.

The bot seems to be working fine when logged in. Training the pirate crew as we speak :)

Thanks for the feedback. If I've got some time I'll look into a way to automatically open a valid Tor browser session for login.

Hello Mataran,

is it possible, that you share the Code? I would like to improve my Skills by trying to build a bot which can automatically create an account. But i do not get the tricky login. Maybe i can take the login section from your program.

Would you be so proud and share it here oder private with me?

If not, can you maybe explain which requests on Ikariam you are doing with which parameter for the login?

There i a problem on the bot. Ikariam made a captcha by logging in in lobby and the proxies i use the captcha came every about 18 hours. Can you fix it?

For some reason i could not make the exit node to be on the same IP than on bot, any trick?

From what I understand, the pirate fortress must be in the 1st city for bot to work. But is it made in a way that it has to be in the 1st city or in the capital?

For example if I make another city my capital will it work from there?

Thanks for the answer.

The pirate fortress must be in the city that occurs first in the city drop down list.

Thanks for the reply.

So if I make my 3rd city capital will it move to 1st place in the dropdown menu?
