Dragon Nest Private Server! - VN Dragon Nest

Can someone please help me? I copied the DN Launcher from the download to the dragon nest folder. then i click DN Launcher and it starts up but i get 4 critical errors. then it says dragon nest has stopped working. Can anyone PLEASE help?

it was okay last time for a few hours (before the last down time)
And now long loading time is back .. i was so happy thinking atlast he fixed it..hmm

The server is very nice, the only problem is hosted from a home PC with limited connections... if you connect to the server when there is less than 30 people it loads fine... as soon it goes more than that is back to big loadings... reason why is because it can't hold so many ppl.

someone needs to make a new private server hehehe
