You can’t spoof TPM it’s impossible. It’s a core windows component, that’s like me saying I’ve mutated kernel32.dll and changed it. You can’t change it because it’s a core component in windows. You can for instance proxy port its exports and potentially find a method to change something inside trusted installer in this hypothetical scenario. These patches or changes will eventually be patch because it’s a vulnerability. going back to the analogy, you can’t chnage its contexts internally you can only change what’s being presented.
In dumb dumb terms. You can hook, change report from ab to ba. You aren’t actually changing it. When people say they have a spoof for TPM it’s a venerability. In the sense of spoofing I guess it falls under that category of definition but it’s not actually possible and is a game of cat and mouse. That’s why spoofers are most unstable and cause BSODs and whatever have you. When acto does a patch for spoofers it’s prevention of people’s methodologies.
In networking, you can actually spoofs the packets and the packets presented to the endpoint are vaild. They have been legitimated spoofed and can’t be traced.
Sms routing through different gateways to fall under a different Carrier. Spoofing because it’s legitimately being spoofed tele service.
Tpm spoofing doesn’t actually chnage the value only what’s presented, I wouldn’t call that spoofing personally. If TPM spoofing was a thing and could actually be spoofed people wouldn’t be getting DTed and there wouldn’t be any issues related to it.
