You could not include the name of the cheat you used and i'm damn sure 90% of the users on this post would know exactly who you're talking about.

Just browsing the discord it's so common for users to complain about features randomly breaking or quality degrading when an update is pushed out and L1ney chooses to insult the users or ignore it until the next update and he decides to acknowledge with "COD updated, fixed esp issue"

The key things from Zandis post are

• There is no compensation for having issues user end with the cheat
• The only resolution l1ney and the 2 support members provide is "Reinstall OS"
• If you have issues or complaints and voice them, you'll be removed from the discord

Ticket number and what exactly was the issue?
I only send people to reinstall windows in case if they have HOME version installed ( it is marked that any other versions except PRO might cause stability problems ) or in case of page_fault bsod while injecting ( mostly caused by other pasted cheetos using hypervisors )

because they are waving detected cheats every week.
they do wave ( 1 - 2 days ) then stop, clueless cheat devs doesnt know what is happening and they think that they are ud because after wave happened while they were testing everything they didnt get banned -> they bring the cheat back -> 1 week ( or even less ) users get waved again, thats how ricochet started doing shit since a year ago.

I gave it. He reset my hwid. His stupid shit cod cheat was giving bsod and issues as usual and he acts like an asshole as usual. I call him out on it and he banns me from discord and he banns my 30 day key. Not only is he a douchbag but he’s a scammer as well. Ban this loser please

Hopefully you saved screenshots, open a ticket within the Complaint area and post proofs as well as Posting proof of purchase on his thread for the correlating product + review/issue.

You need to be able to post your proof + pruchase receipt as well then mention xenos. If you have other issues or complaints you should take it up in the proper area, you need to make sure posted proof is available for investigation if there is clear epvp rule violations.
