Yo what the hell... I follow the personal password tutorial perfectly, and every single time it sais "Not Authorized" And doesn't gimme the password !

NOT AUTORHIZED LOL MAKE HACK WITHOUS HWID

I open it like it he wrote this in his [how to ] but there always stands not autorhizedes pls help ._.

I'm not authorized to use x.x I did everything right just says Not Authorized, I already put my HWID in and when I click Get personal password, it doesn't respond or doesn't give me one. Can someone help me?
