He posted his ban report once, and you insulted him and purged chat within the hour, reposted again, and you then asked for more information. He told you was using a spoofer in which you tried to make fun of him and the spoofer rather than providing any knowledgeable feedback
Nice try though!

Oddly enough, Using a different undetected provider and raging gets you a shadowban not an account ban, but sure.. blame it on the user time after time.

Yeah I don’t know why I let some random account saying they used system for a week safely let me doubt my original posts. Systemcheats is detected and just doing the usual circus of blaming their customers.

The user got banned from our site because he was threatening with a chargeback. We have had zero ban reports since his report. And as mentioned earlier we would run additional test accounts after his post, none of those have been banned so far.

Not taking any sides here, but have in mind that Ricochet doing old school confusion method, where they actually detect the cheat but wont release the bans in full, just releases in batches to confuse the cheat devs, they usually detect multiple providers, ban 10-20 users, cause confusion, then release another batch next week, keep some in shadow lobbies.

Maybe the cheat is detected but those test accounts not banned because thats what they do, users attack provider, provider defends, rep goes down, dev wont able to focus on what they detected or is the cheat is even detected in 1st place lol.

Yes, I have noticed that as well. At some point, we even thought specific PCs were getting whitelisted. Nevertheless, we've had detections in the past, and this approach worked well.

In this case, however, the user is just straight-up trash-talking by making false claims such as '10+ reports on the forum'. I feel the urge to correct that..

I cant vouch for the trash talking or harassment. But i will say i used system cheats for a week. purchased the premium package and was using the normal version. Using one of the mods configs, wasn't obvious as this isn't my first time closet cheating, and once my sub finally expired i was banned. As i said I'm not an obvious player even my friends don't question as they don't know. Id just take the extra measure and double check and protect your ass systemfiles. I'm not a scumbag to chargeback a cheat that's working and i end up getting banned but thought id put my input into my experience the last week i had with you guys. besides that the cheat worked amazing, never really any issues didn't have to get into support to fix anything, aimbot wasn't too bad. a lot of customizations..

AdvancedCheats. my input with your cheat, is that it was decent. I've seen better the day i got it working. besides the fact your support is absolute dog shit. Your first go to is Reinstall Windows for any issues. Which is defiantly not your first step. You will push any issue back to your customer instead of accepting fault. No compensation for the cheat not working, While every other company would give compensation back as its the right thing to do as a business owner. But children don't understand buisness quite yet i guess. And i have ss to back it up on how shitty it is.

So you got banned using Systemcheats? you were the only person saying it was safe. You got banned after a week? its definitely detected then.

Thought it was safe, like I said used it for a week and at the end is when I got nailed. Like I said just protect your ass system, I’m seeing your users drop like flies. Multiple refunds or key swapping on your forums from users being banned.

Kernaim hasn’t had an issue, currently have 2 friends using it. Nothing reported from them

You could not include the name of the cheat you used and i'm damn sure 90% of the users on this post would know exactly who you're talking about.

Just browsing the discord it's so common for users to complain about features randomly breaking or quality degrading when an update is pushed out and L1ney chooses to insult the users or ignore it until the next update and he decides to acknowledge with "COD updated, fixed esp issue"

The key things from Zandis post are

• There is no compensation for having issues user end with the cheat
• The only resolution l1ney and the 2 support members provide is "Reinstall OS"
• If you have issues or complaints and voice them, you'll be removed from the discord

Ticket number and what exactly was the issue?
I only send people to reinstall windows in case if they have HOME version installed ( it is marked that any other versions except PRO might cause stability problems ) or in case of page_fault bsod while injecting ( mostly caused by other pasted cheetos using hypervisors )

because they are waving detected cheats every week.
they do wave ( 1 - 2 days ) then stop, clueless cheat devs doesnt know what is happening and they think that they are ud because after wave happened while they were testing everything they didnt get banned -> they bring the cheat back -> 1 week ( or even less ) users get waved again, thats how ricochet started doing shit since a year ago.
