I downloaded RXP guides what do I do now? Just drag all the .luass in addon folder for SoD Or what?

You install it like an addon as it is an addon.

The last person that said that, was trying to use a link I removed/update 4 days before and wondered why a removed link did not work.

Personally not sure, are they different to the era one?

With the Classic Link i got the WOTLK WeakAura, there is a special SOD WeakAura from Naowhui, but yes, they are different; they are named "NaowhUI - Mage - Classic Era"
