Now i need some help. I can login to character but can't through the town !! Server still down?

i guess so.. if you wanna play smoothly.. play during dawn at PHT or time here in philippines.. we played last night for 5hours

My char keeps hanging when i press start button :s any1 know how to solve this prob?
