i did quest at lvl 10 at jangan outpost there was write at quest it give 1300 exp and 7 sp and i got 26k exp (about 3 lvl ) and 7 sp

maybe u mean "skill point experience" that few old quest give is 20x (example quest give 2000 sp exp which about 5 sp )
but 95% of quests now give direct sp (example quest give 40 sp) and that didn't increase to 20x at all

about premium/scrolls exp u didn't get what i mean , item mall full of different ticket and scrolls that give exp and we even get alot of these when we lvl up but they all are useless since they set to give only 1x exp (about 10% more ) not 100% as its supposed to be , all i want to make it work like it supposed to do 100% exp
the only private server had it work so far was elite sro

so sp rate is 1x not 20x , only exp is 20x and that stupid

These chinese symbols doesn't mean anything. Try running with korean locale or with kor lang at applocale.

And what abou the lagg spikes? Could you guys please look into it. I've talked with 20 people in-game that still experience the lagg spikes that was there in OBT. It's getting bad after I start the in-game bot, and have to restart the client to be able to play smooth for 20 minutes then lagg spikes again.

First time ever I have this problem on any server or game in fact.

I don't experience any lagg spikes anymore.. Had them in the beta but everything running fine atm..
