I am not sure about this but try turning off all you firewalls , i mean turn them 100 % off quiting the programs and give it an other try

* i got almost the same problem although the firewall was allowing the connection it was still blocked and i couldn`t get in until i turned off my firewall

NO 130 weapons as puilgramage is not open i believe the ppeople that you do see with 130 weps either got hem from the d shop when they were available the first couple days or they are some kind of gm possibly ( very unlikley)
