Well if you downloaded my file you would obviously have the full version.

update, something is going wrong when i attempt to unzip the file, it has an error and only a read me file shows up.

you zip it? It is not even a zip file, it is a .rar file. Use 7zip to extract it, as what you used did not fully extract it.

Extract it to the interface/addons folder.

Not really sure as the are many retail links and you choose not to say what one or why it is not working. So sorry I do not know.
