They probably do that to decrease pay 2 win as people said earlier. It gives players more incentives to play rather then pay... but idk exactly just wait for their answer.

It is I, Christopher and I am here to announce some more suggestions:
-Greater rewards from specific specialty traders to increase more job wars
-Decrease Drug of Typhoon to a reasonable amount
-Open up a certain area, or change specific areas and add increased spawn or just add elites
-Open up a forums page for your silkroad - add votes and all that what not
-Create for account options which allow you to alter how your profile is seen by Ranking
-Add silk transport to NPC for a price of something that drops from uniques

-will update when I come across more things that need to be implemented/adjusted
