And what do you mean "We do not control them", there is no point to control a person's urge to ask a question without knowing whether or not he's allowed to.

And a claiming a post/thread to be "not so good" is highly subjective. You may think a post/thread to be irrelevant or what not, and that's fine, you might not have the tolerance to such things. Where as someone who can actually do something about it does.
