Sleep is now.
So, to summarize my view on this (and the direction we're going this year):
* We think champions need more unique play patterns and memorable experiences. This doesn't always mean brand-new mechanics and completely unheard of abilities, but the package must be something different in most cases (paper will not always tell the story).
* Complexity is a cost, not a goal. Clarity should be maintained while increasing decision-points.
* We admit our newest champions are cool and sexy, but mechanically too flat. This has changed directionally for our upcoming characters, starting with the very next one.

I want one shorter-cooldown ability (something I can do constantly), and a few longer ones (have to think about when a little more). Our next champion does this and it's a blast.
