Most customers use the shoutbox as their 'instant help' or chat place.
We, staff, answer any other questions placed on the forums however, we are not online 24/7.

Shocking, they actually don't have a statement in their terms of service that regards this matter. Most, if not all professional internet services, have some sort of legal statement disclaiming the lifetime or stability of their product. How lame, even most of the copy Trinity servers have that.Quote:

it doesn't matter that much if they don't have that beacouse every time when the bot has problems with bans or anything else there is awlays an announcement and a note above the chat that the bot has issues and anyone can ask on the forum if the bot is working or not if he's non-subscriberQuote:
