100% dedication, a bit of autism & anti-corruption made sailor to that, what they are right now.
The quality of the server, the amount of features & the professionalism of the developers are 100 years further than every other server in the whole private silkroad scene.
Its probably the only server which is alive for more than a year and right now with more than 1500 logged in players at the same time.
Considering this and the fact that every other server lasts for a maximum of 1 month activity, makes sailor right now to the best private silkroad. Maybe Sailor should even have it own category cause literally nothing is comparable right now.
BUT theres some little things to optimize:
1.Easier the way for newer players to hop on
2.Make jobbing more attractive (job level, differnet job suits, weekly contribution, job buffs)
3.Buff outsider classes as Wizard, Glaive, bow and nerf warrior kb
4.Share cooldowns on identic skills as fury detonation and daze or turn rising and rising impact for an example
5.Avoid interactions like clearing all sockets and make new socket alchemy success rate transparent
6.Nerf Pain Quota & Fences, in time of wheels its not balanced anymore
7.Synchronize donation rewards
8.Enable mail changes of accounts

Howdy y'all,
My name's Iris, I actually participated in Sailor's grand opening.. I was also apart of Sailor's Staff team as a supporter for a while as well up until I had some real life troubles which required me to have a more lowkey presence in SRO. 6-7 months later, I've returned with a group of friends as my past guild have all quit and I've discovered Sailor is still active as ever. I don't think most people know how difficult it is to keep a consistent and high player base at 130+ cap, so to login MONTHS later and see that Sailor is still thriving gave me some relief because while yes, some servers offer longevity they all don't offer the same gameplay, non-corruption and professional atmosphere that Sailor provides. As I've said I've worked with Megamax first hand and he does a fantastic job at maintaining not only one but two servers, along with the 110 cap. I definitely have no issues with him but I notice some people do, so something I've also come to fancy is that most servers or administrations that have issues with certain players tend to outright ban them from participating in their projects but he definitely capitalizes on the forefront of; you don't need to like the administration to experience an amazing adventure-- as long as you follow the rules, it's all fair game.
