No, you cant visit anything else then the town of your cap and Baghdad ( Where everyone of every cap can meet each other) and yes, everyone can see you global, even if he's not playing on your cap.

the date range was set by Disco and me, cuz there are lots of servers that announce with no date range or with a very long time of wait(2 weeks for example), we usually apply this on this cases
but this server gave a reasonable range(1 week) which, as for now, is going to happen on that range, but i have warned that they have until tomorrow to open up, or else the thread will closed
I hope that clears that uo, and stop spamming threads with this. If you have any question, feel free to ask Disco Teka or me about it

i think the one that has been here quiet and calm is OverLimit since he rarely post, and most of them is not flame/spam

so for those saying we are corrupt, talk when you know the situation. Remember that we set the "Opening Range" to avoid spam and "easy popularity". In such, i must say again, that the server MUST open tomorrow to avoid this thread closure. Im not gonna tolerate that just because you dont like a server, you are allowed to spam, and even call us corrupts.

I usually handle time and dates with my timezone, so its 7:07 pm here, ill close it at 5am (if im not awake by midnight)tomorrow(work schedule is killing me) if the server is not up for the time
btw, i think im gonna explain a little bit on the rule thread this stuff
you know, you have to be a little flexible(not very but a bit), that why i I usually give a server a chance to add a backlink(10 mins) until i close it
