ok what i did basicly is this : had 2 reinstall windows not cause of bot but cause i had viruses. then i SIMPLE followed this guide, and it all works just fine oww btw i don't have microsoft net.framework 3 just so you know ! i have some modified version of windows with sp3 update if that even exzists( bad spelling , so sorry :D)
just follow guide if it doesn't work for u then stop trying since your wasteing your time !
