you don't use proxies to make a patch work... thats just really.... bleh? and this proxy is outdated so it won't work unless you updated it manually.

well I've got it all downloaded, I've just never used Proxy anyway you can help me to get it working? I'm pretty computer savi just not very knowledgeable with Proxy.

You need to change your server to your ip and put your ip in the xproxy.cfg . Run and play :)

You have to change your server ip in your server.dat to your ip.


open server.dat, get your server's ip, in xproxy.cfg:
server-address = (your servers ip)
proxy-address = (your local ip, 127.0.0.1 or lan ip 192.168.* <- whatever yours is)

then put your ip (local or lan) in your server.dat for your server. Open the proxy and connect :)

After i Do This and try to login Conquer says
"Server.dat is damaged or failed to open. Please re-install the game"
