Super items with out wasting dbz

The max dura of your boots should restore after rb.
But if you let go down the dura to 2 only, they won't loose max dura.
Don't get your hopes to high though.

This is not about getting sockets, this is about upgrading dura while repairing an item with lucky time.

I knew about this a long while ago and I know it works because I have had a +1 archer coat turn into refined while on lucky time. I always make sure I have lucky time before I upgrade an item though other then that had a refined club turn unique :p as far as getting an elite to turn super however.... good luck on that I've repaired my armour countless times with lucky time but so far no elites turned super... yet!

now a days, upgrading in tc with or without lucky time you will have a slight chance of getting anything except for losing all your mets and money from repairing. I don't lnow wht happened but you can't up anything without a crap load of mets..........lucky they are so cheap these days :-)
