Conquer Open Source Project

OK fixed that problem i had to go to "Core\Database\MsSqlDatabase.cs" and change
to
and i changed my database name to Conquer

goto this website [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
type in tortoiseHg then click enter
the first link on the page should be [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
go there

now to the right of the page there should be a big green box saying Download TortoiseHg click it and download it.
after it is done downloading install it.
and there you now have TortoiseHg

ok now that you have TortoiseHg you can now download the source.

first go to desktop and right-click.
There will be something there that says TortoiseHg.
put your mouse over it.
there will be something there that says Clone.. click that.
there there will be a window pop up. inside that windows there will be a place called Source Patch:
in that box type this leave the Destination Patch like it is then click Clone.
then you should have the source on your desktop its name is cuosp.

open up the file cuosp.
there will be a project there named open it with visual studio solution
when you have it open
open project named Core then go down and open settings.cs
here will be a line in that file that says change the ip thats is in the " " with your ip.

then in the solution explorer open up MsSqlDatabase.cs
it will be in the file Database.

there will be a line almost at the top that says
change
Jack-PC to your computer name
now Build the Solution now minimize Visual Studio and open up your conquer 1.0 Clint files.
and open up server.dat
find where it says
Ip1=
and put in the same ip you put into your source
Now go into ini file there will be a file in there named Monster.dat copy that file.
now go into "cuosp/Server/Game/bin/Release" and paste it in there.

open up SQL Server Management Studio.exe
there will be a window named Connect to Server
put yoru Server type: Database Engine
Server name: YourCompuerName\SQLEXPRESS
Authentication: Windows Authentication
then click Connect
right click on Database and Select Restore Database
there will be a place called
To database:
type "Conquer" into that box
now down a little bit there will be a place that says "From device:" select it
there will be a little box that says [...] Click it a window will pop up named Specify Backup
click [Add] select where your Conquer.bak file and click ok {::note:: you may need to copy the Conquer.bak file into C:/Program Files/Microsoft SQL Server/MSSQL10.SQLEXPRESS/MSSQL/Backup/}
then click ok.
now in the big white box under Restore check the box and then click ok.
