Did you try to walk away. they have to follow you if you walk too far. That was the reason I changed them to controllable.

EDIT: Just tried. They still don´t follow you. Next problem is that they now break the attack and select another target after 2 seconds.

They do, but they have real trouble breaking from combat %) And they focus on your target I think =)

No the problem is not breaking combat. Its because your applied stat has only a duration of 2000ms then onexpire event is triggered which causes

Thats why they just break combat and go to another target. Even if you don´t attack something.

Actually I think their behavior will be acceptable with lowered aggrorange. I switched to
aggrorange="10"
and they seem to be doing ok now. They still break from combat periodically based on stat duration but I don't think it's possible to fix it. But looks like misjudged some of those premade functions... I really wish there was documentation on this stuff somewhere >_>


edit: On a 2nd thought I think I'll try to fix it with onattack later today ^^

Skill: 3, the passive one. Creeps do not explode on death, thus, the skill is not working.

Hero: Engineer
I know you said it's not working properly, but i think you should know that the turret doesn't get attack modifiers like the charged hammer, although it does get the damage bonus.

Also, that shield you can buy from the armory for 300 gold (should be 225) blocks 30 damage instead of 20.

in 2 weeks time HON beta will be coming to an end, and will be released as per FACEBOOK.
so does this mean that we can finally buy the game and LAN?? then all this work wont be necessary and also will there be LAN when it gets released??

any answers would be appreciated

So early. Thats great news. Yes you can buy the game and I´m sure the LAN-Mode will be implented again.

EDIT: When the game is released I can concentrate on making own Heroes to play with my friends on LAN. ;)

Probably you won't be able to play it on LAN unless you're connected to the internet coz they stated that you'll need some kind of verification on their servers to unlock LAN option.

Another buglist, even if its mentionned but not precisly:

Hero: Rampage.

Attack n°1,(Stampede).
Description: The skill isn't a single target location but a AOE target. Rampage doesn't accelerate, but at a 1500 location, he rushs suddently and stuns everyone is in the AOE(O.O) target location, and he says "Charggeee" ^^

Attack n°2,(Might of the Herd).
Description: The bonus movement speed works propely, but the conversion of the ms(movement speed) to damage doesn't work.

If this whould be true I will still make LAN Version. But I hope not. A LAN Version should be LAN only. I hate those damn DRM like from Ubisoft with Assassins Creed 2. I´m lucky I got the game on XBox 360. But maybe if the local game is unlocked I can somehow find a way around online vertification. ;)
Lets wait and see. I think I will wait till 2 weeks before I work on the lan version. But I will upload my current patch to fix the stuff I already figured out.
