btw, these are the items I installed: ClientBaseV4, DataPack, Beta4, and detail Patch. All in C:\Program Files\OmniWar
I hate seeing that error message everytime I run the game.

sounds like an old un updated pc, you neet the dotnet framework for play.exe

I found a d/l on .NET Framework 3.0 from the Microsoft wesite. I hope it helps.

My laptop is a 2 yr. old Toshiba M806 made in China with Windows XP Pro. I never realized it's old until you told me today. LOL
