Actually that is no the case, In this type of game you are less likely to be banned then a forced multiplayer game with heavier anti-cheat. The anti-cheat is dog water don't spread lies like someone will be banned as soon as they cheat in a game when its possible not to.

There is no crashing issue, you can only crash if you put way too high samples on each run.
