Purchased private unnamed apex cheat from unnamed, the owner promised me to supply with spoofer upon purchase. However, neither the cheat or spoofer provided worked, throwing bare minimum error messages.. The owner did noting to help, or took at least 20-30 minutes to reply per message. There's no manual or tutorial for using their software, not even a community to ask questions for. The owner at some point got frustrated and started calling me "motherfxxker" ??? and that my laptop is a shit product for no reason :) At the end, he refused to refund me and block me out of his discord.. You can see the screenshots i attached for proofs.
I have been using numerous cheats for the past years and this is by far one of the worst customer service and there's no community or tutorial to look at or ask questions for. The owner is absolutely clueless how windows or computers work in general and will do absolutely nothing to help you. I would avoid unnamed at all cost. Start looking else where with better CS and quality cheat.

Usually, I don't waste my time on pointless accusations like this, but in this case, I will make an exception to set the record straight.
It's easy for everyone to decide who's telling the truth here.
This person has conveniently provided only selective excerpts of our conversation, which itself is evidence of his dishonesty. He conveniently left out the parts where he accused me of being incompetent, stating that I couldn’t fix the problem and that the service was terrible. I personally accessed his computer via AnyDesk and tried every possible way to resolve the issue preventing both the Apex Legends Lite and Temp Spoofer from working on his system (yes, two entirely different products weren’t running on his computer).
I tried everything I could, and after troubleshooting, I informed him that his version of Windows (which he claimed was an "official" version from 2022, installed just two days prior) was broken. Neither the cheat nor the spoofer worked on his laptop, something I’ve never encountered before. I then suggested that he reinstall Windows, as it was clear that the issue stemmed from his operating system.
What followed was a barrage of messages accusing me of being incompetent and threats to request a refund through his bank. The funniest part? Then he started bragging that he works at a bank and earns $200,000 a year. How this was relevant to the discussion about a cheat not working? I have no idea. He also claimed to have a $6,000 laptop but was still trying to get a refund via his bank. Interesting logic, right?
Now, regarding the fact that I called him "motherfxxker": This was my personal opinion, and of course, no one from my support team would ever say such a thing to a customer. I have never used this kind of words with a customers before, but this person was an exception. I regret letting my emotions get the better of me and insulting him, even though he fully deserved it.
Also, our bypass is designed to work on almost any computer or version of Windows. I honestly can't remember a single instance where my staff had to ask someone to reinstall Windows. The fact that this happened here was extremely surprising, and it’s more of an exception to the rule. Yet, this person claims I don’t understand how computers or Windows works, which is just absurd :kappa:
In conclusion, I’ve always provided my customers with the best support possible, and I personally attempted to resolve this issue for him. The fact that he ignored my advice and continued to insult me speaks more about his character than the quality of my service.
