I am sure they could have more players, if the staff team wouldn't be so horrible.
Honestly, having around 400~ players and like 100~ at night time is not much for a server which is new, because after few months a lot player will stop playing and it will probably have only 50 active players or even less.

And no, your server has not the most players, there is another server where it seems that they have much more players than yours and they even have much more boosts than you on discord. Don't forget that the other server is 1 year older than yours and still has more players+boosts, that means something, because their staff isn't bad as yours. Your server might die out in a few months if you don't change your attitude towards the players.

Usually older servers have less boosts than new ones.

What I can say to make the server better:
+ make the server less pay 2 win
+ bring more content
+ treat the players like humans and not like trash
+ change the attitude of some staff members, some of them are insulting their own playerbase or trolling 24/7

+ DON'T ban other people, because they have a different opinion than you. It's just sad.
noswingplayer was banned, because he had a different opinion than a staff member.

Ah yes, Discord boosts means that the game server is active ? Cause so far that's the reason their server has more boosts:

This many boosts might come from stolen credit cards number, which is an issue Discord has had in the past.

You post older screenshots and everyone knows that every server has a lot players at the beginning but after few months most of them go.

The reason why on your server there is many raids is easy: people can't finnish them alone or with 2-3 people so they look for a lot more people.

In other nostale servers it's a lot easier to solo a raid and that's why not much people look for a party, or they find the party so quick that it won't appear on the list. (because they are already in a raid, or they do it in ch3,4,5 etc , because they found pre-made parties.

And your last answer shows, that you can not take criticism, while being an admin of the server.

I just stated points on how you can improve the server and you call it "bullshit" and posted a clown emoji, which is really sad.

The server is honestly not even beginner friendly a5 mobs are too annoying if you play mage and didn't cash. With archer everything is easy.
You can't even find tarots, (sun, death etc) because not enough people cash, that just shows how empty the playerbase is. Why not putting the tarots in shop for Gold?

Instead of complaining about other people who state what's wrong with the server, you should improve it.

PS: Every server can provide a screenshot with a lot people looking for raids
IF
1. the raids are hard / p2w
2. the server is young / fresh at release

Tbh it's funny how most people with colored names talk on the discord and not new people.
(the people with colored names are either admins, friends of the admins, beta user, supporter, gms/mods and all that kind)

New people have a white name in the discord and you rarely see them talk, or being active. There is maybe like 5 active people with a white name, the rest never talks.

So it's been a while and the staff didn't change their behaviour.
The playerbase changed and even when you see 500~ players online, it feels much less.
When you're looking around and the maps. Or it's possible that some of them are just bot accounts.

Apparently you can now get banned there, if you send a staff member a friends request, or if you ping them one time. (This doesn't apply to friends of them, they can ping each other all the time, without getting banned)
The rule is just for "new users" or "users" who aren't friends with the staff.

I recorded a video of it, it's horrifying
Sometimes they don't inform the players when the server goes down (or it's just random crashes? I'm not sure about this)
So I would suggest to improve the server performance

well, after reading every single post made in this topic, im a bit scared to join the server.
I have so many memories about the original NosTale, Vendetta NosTale and NosWings that i was looking for a new NosTale Private Server again.
But a lot of the Posts here are so negative, that people like me, wonder if they should give it a try or not. Its really frightening to see these kind of hater posts in an advertisement for a new server. Dont get me wrong, i always like to read pro's and con's about servers and reading different opinions, but some words that have been written down here are going too far.

I also wonder about a few people who talk bad about different things that are happening on the server/discord or related to the Staff, that they would get banned if the team would know their ingame names etc. Why would you even be scared to get banned if they would know your name, if you dont like the server anyways and talking bad about it? Makes no sense. Either you like the server/staff and play the game or you hate it but then oh dear leave and play somewhere/something else.

Anyways, i just created my first account on the Dashboard and i really like the Design and overview. Its impressive! The Rules are also pretty clear and easy to understand. Also i think that those are normal server rules, like in a lot of other games aswell.
But one information i do miss after checking out the Dashboard with the Rules and Shop etc. Where can you get coupons from and what do you get for them? Havent really found any informations about it, but if there are informations about it and im just too blind to see them, forgive me. :)

I also watched a bit of videos on youtube about Olympus to get some impressions about ingame things and i found a few videos that shows all the shops and items, teleporter and so on. I really like what i have seen so far.

But what also scares me a bit is the "endgame" grind. I saw some posts were people said that it is too p2w heavy and that you need 2-3 people for it. Im pretty much a solo player who doesnt like much to play in big groups, which doesnt mean im anti-social or not friendly, i am! Its just i love to grind in peace without trouble or drama or much talking in chats. So is it true that you need other people to grind in endgame and that it is so p2w heavy? I really want honest opinions without hate or negative speech about the staff or their behaviour etc.!

I think i will give it a try later after my RL appointments in a few hours.
Im excited and scared at the same time, which why i would suggest to an Forums-Admin that they delete some of those negative posts in this thread, because it has an negative impact on new players who would like to try out the server.

Well, that's the reason why all these posts are reported instantly. Some people are mad at us for no reason and try to discredit the server just because they have a personnal feud with some staff members and just cry more when they are presented with actual facts. I do agree that it doesn't look good for new players who arrive on this thread, which is exactly what they want :)

That's also the reason the previous thread was closed already, but I don't really want to do that, I'm just waiting for these people to get bored, because they eventually will.

About the server, it is supposed to be Vendetta-Style yes, meaning you don't get all your sp's 99+15 and r7+10 eq in a few days but you actually need to grind for it. Most people who say it's "Pay2Win" say that because they are used to get everything they want by playing 5 hours on a server.

This is not the direction we went with. You have many activities to make money and farm materials, like achievements, monster farming or raid farming. The best way for you to see the big picture is to play the game I guess.

As I said already, CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is ALWAYS appreciated, if there is something you dislike about the server, please let us know what it is and how you would improve it, either here on epvp or on our Discord. We do listen to suggestions and implemented a lot of them since we released already.

I dont mind to grind for hours, i kinda like to have something to do in my freetime. I was just wondering if you really need more people for the endgame grind or if that is just a rumor. And actually a good longlasting server shouldnt throw all the items after players anyways. I like if you have to do some work for your goals. :)

I dont know what problems people have with the server or/and staff and it absolutely shouldnt impact the gameplay at all. I mean i did read all the posts but i dont get the point of all the negative posts about the server and staff but they still keep playing the server. doesnt make sense, at least not for me. :p

Im pretty much a neutral or impartial person, but those posts really doesnt belong here, so i hope someone will clean them up soon for the sake of the server and the peace and harmony, which spreads on the server hopefully :D

So before i will do endless posts, i guess i will try the server today and hopefully find a new gaming home for my freetime :D

Well, most of our communications are made on Discord, especially for "small" patchnotes. We usually only update this thread to answer people or post bigger updates.

Except for patchnotes, most of this wiki is automatically generated when we update our files, so it should always be pretty accurate :)

You don't really have to do group activities if you dislike them. Farming normal maps are changed to be rewarding and give a lot of gold & important items. There's even a feature called "Pocket Dimensions" where you can farm alone in peace (for more info: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]).
With that being said, I do still recommend doing some raids from time to time, all raids including low level ones are rewarding to do, and it's easy to find a team for them.

Negative posts are also part of something, like a thread of a p server. You can't only have positive reviews, that would make the server fake.
I also showed proof when I talked about the server and why it isn't good. (You can check my older posts)
About the p2w thing:
It is pay2win, but only after A5, because you need better gear, sps, etc otherwise A5.2 will be very annoying, especially when they can keep you in a stunlock. When you are there, you will notice it.
If you are not sensitive you should play, but if you are I don't recommend it.

I never insulted anyone, the only thing I did was leaving a review which isn't good for them. Is it really necessary to insult me for this?

In the end it's your opinion if you want to play the server or not, but that's not an argument to remove all the negative reviews which have been proven as "true".

I see a minimum of 3 Posts where you repeat the same topic. I understand that you are frustrated that you feel treated badly or in your opinion that they treat other people badly. But i think, and thats just my opinion, that you maybe take it a little bit too serious. As i mentioned i did read every single post in this thread and to be honest, if i would be a staff member of them, and i have to deal with that kind of hate posts all the time, maybe for month's or years, i would become a little bit harsh too, because its annoying and stressful for everyone.

I dont know if you have a personal problem with the staff or if it is only because of their behaviour in your eyes, but i just joined the discord a few hours ago in the morning and as soon as i said "hey guys good morning" i got plenty of friendly nice good mornings back and we talked almost for 2 hours. I dont know the staff member, none of them, im a newbe but the chatting was very nice and funny. They made me actually laugh in the morning and trust when i say im not a morning person at all, im grumpy all over.

I do agree that the "trash human" argument wasnt that nice, but instead of hating on each other or making things more stressful, everyone of you could just go their own ways. I mean imagine the situation the other way around. If you would have a project running that you really love and you put all your time and money etc into it, and some random people just sh!ttalk your project, giving you headaches and unnecassary stress. I think you wouldnt like that either.

But anyways, at the end i can just quote myself what i didnt want to see as an answer to my previous posts:

The server is really nice and fun for the moment(hope it stays like that) you can actually feel a huge change from playing on here and playing opennos because the whole gameplay feels soo much smoother in everything you do

-alot of players(since only 1 char online per person, if it was like before with no cap it would easily say 1.5k+ online)
-Smooth gameplay
-Lag free
-Dupe free
-Bug free
-Good economy
-Not pay 2 win at all
-releasing 1 by 1 is better imo because if u released full server all at once, people would just rush max lvl and skip everything else(like usual)

But ye overall server is good hope it remains like this and looking forward for act 6 updates

I remember you being frustrated by the gameplay & global experience NosWings provided.
I'm really glad that Olympus does not repeat the same mistakes from NosWings that gave you a bitter taste.
