There is some kind of technical support in Discord and at least it lets you post tickets. The chair is plagued by bluescreens, non functional elements and random demands for Hwid resets, which are done manually and requests (hwid resets) take several hours usually. Staff is nice and helpful, but usually you will find yourself waiting for someone with the proper rights/role to be able to help you. Used it for 45 days and personally annoyed by the necessity of waiting for someone to manually reset my hwid on a regular basis.
ESP works really nice, Silent Aim is working well after latest rework.
