It's $49 with BTC on the site, then there's a set of alternative payment options underneath, but they have a small fee. There's always a chance you can get banned using any cheat out there, but if you play smart and try to avoid reports and such, you should be ok. No, you won't get banned on any other game :)

If you use a cheat, but then you decide to play a different game, always restart your PC first.
