Well what can I say...

My YT channel got deleted by Gamegami. Also most of the SRO related videos on my 2nd channel that wasn't even recorded on privs got deleted by them.

It is funny how 5-10 years old videos are so "dangerous" to them... There was even some that was recorded on official ISRO servers so they don't even respect that.
The sad part is that they do not rly needed to delete it cause it doesnt change anything for them. All they did is deleteing my whole "history" that I was creating on SRO YT scene since 2007.

On top of that I wanna say that they asked me to make videos for them like a year ago, thats a big hypocrisy.

Well looks youre just in panic that you lost something was special for you , but im just offering you to try calm down and try to understand that its just normal thing that happened to you , yours most of videos was private servers ,so they did their job and just reported it.

Bullsh1t actually. If That's "normal" then they would not delete videos that weren't a pservers promos. In that case the sollution would be just changing every title to "TRsro..." and nobody would care. However they deleted videos that wern't singnet a pserver promos or even mentioned anywhere as recorded at specific server. There wasnt any logo or anything that could be done to promote something. Most of those videos were heavly edited so there wasn't any ingame hud and stuffs like this that could prove its recorded on specifci priv.
In fact there was some ISRO videos as well. So what... even tho it was recorded on official game or there is no single prove that it wasn't... it is still deleted by them? following that logic they should BAN whole YT and leave only their own videos if they want to be 100% fair. The only reason they have now is that they have a licence to publish only official content so nobody can record even a demn gameplay from ANY version of this game.

ON top of that some of those videos were a 3D cinematics that I was creating in a separate game engine soo im not even using the game at all. How You can explain that sh1t?

What do you expect that they leave 1video in the channel because maybe there was not pserver in ? for sure their clean yours full channel because most of them just was pserver videos , i rly not interested to go in more discusion with you , but looks like youre just hot and angry about it , and youre cant think at the moment , thats just was an report to sro pserver channel thats it.

Well if you would spent so much time while working on those videos in past... 15 years and someone would took it away in a sec, then wouldnt you be angry? They erased whole history that I was creating on SRO video scene. I just CAN'T be Ok with that at any point or anytime.
Also First time I see someone is defending them here on this forum tbh cause i dont rly remember that anyone was happy about their actions since they appeared.

Beside this what I am trying to say is that they are not consistant in their actions. You either ban pserver promos IF you have a prove for that or you BAN ALL. And by "BAN ALL" I mean literally everything that isn't uploaded on their YT channel. At this point it's incredibly unfair if they just pick me and maybe few others and all Of that MASS of people who uploading daily stuffs arent affected by this. It just looks like they want to deleted the bigest and not make most people angry about their actions. You know It looks like some kind of political system (guess which one).
And as i mentioned - on top of that They were ready to work with me cause they saw what i can do in terms of video editing and stuff. This is hypocrisy and fake...

This is very true.

Tons of pserver videos are being posted daily, even with server titles. Battle Arena videos, jobbing videos, etc. These people's videos aren't even being struck, much less their channels...

I guess the people who are being targeted are those who are enemies of those who have an in with the GameGami team *cough F8games*

joymax does send emails they did that since 2011 with some legal shit but they never take legal actions and never will for so many reasons.

Not true. Well, maybe for Joymax, but not for all official SRO.

GameGami currently has an active lawsuit against MaxiGame (which has been going on for some months now), and they are seemingly trying to end their advertisement and reselling once and for all.

Imagine spending 15 years promoting illegal pservers and then crying because legal actions were taken. Ok not the whole 15 years were pservers but the last years and you knew it was wrong. You say stuff like „there is no proof“ 1st of all: we ALL know that it’s been pservers so what are you even trying to defend rn?
Also OFC they target the biggest first. Like why would they take down videos with 10 views when there are some with a few K views.
In the end all crying doesn’t help. You did promote illegal activities and even tho I always liked your videos, you knew it wasn’t allowed and should have expected this to happen at some point. Yes they could pick others yes this yes that but in the end YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG and it’s their good right to take actions. You even made money out of those illegal servers so be glad they don’t sue you at least.

You are right... except you are actually not. Truth is, things aren't black-and-white. The biggest "cry", as you called it, is about old videos that wasn't even pserver promos. All from 2007-2011 and few stuffs up to 2016. Those videos were for fun, there was no single promotion of privs. They just removed stuffs randomly even if some of them were recorded on ISRO. So what, thats fair too? Don't tell me know there is a single reason about that action. They just overused their "power" for stuffs that shouldn't be taken down.

To be clear, I had 2 YT channels:

1st Channel was with only pserver promotions, some kind of portfolio - and I get it why it's taken down. I would be OK with that if they ONLY take down that YT channel. However still - they should be consistent and take down every YT channel like this and there is like 5-10 channels on YT.
2nd Channel is my old one and there were only stuffs recorded for fun, even some old random isro pvp videos, stuffs like cinematic job videos and all that videos that werent even a promotion videos. Even if some of them were recorded on pserver there wasn't a single evidence about that so they could just assume. Thats not enough to take such actions blindly.

More than this... As I said they Even asked me to make promo videos for them and after they give me extreme conditions I refused to work with them. It looks like some kind of revenge... They were aware of me long time before that actions and they didnt do anything before. it's just hypocrisy. We all know that 10 years old videos would not make them any "problems" promoting their servers. There was no more significant increase of views on those videos. Even those pserver promotions videos... Lets be honest they should be aware of taking down pservers in a first place, not videos that has 100-3000 views at tops. Especially videos that were published more than 2 months ago (cause we all know most pservers can't stay longer than this).

I know you will never fully understand my perspective but... at least try. I feel like it's some kind of revenge on me. It's not fully fair if I am the only target and its not fair to take down stuffs that wasn't pserver promos. Thats all.

I agree with You that it was most likely out of revenge. Feels just like a CEO flirting with a worker and after getting rejected he gives her an small office,lots of works etc just to proof "who is the boss and its better to do what he wants".

I aswell dont see a reason to take down the other channel because if its not clear that its pserver and more like cinematic trailers for Silkroad then its rather a promotion for the game itself than for pservers. From which they actually profit. If someone types "Silkroad Online" intending to start the actual sro and finds crazy videos he is more likely to join them. Instead they wont find any videos soon because all got taken down.
I hope you at least had backups of the original videos on your drive so you didnt completely lost them.

Notice that the ban message says "third party claims." Not sure if that is just YouTube identifying GameGami (copyright holder) as a third party to YouTube itself, but to me, the error kinda makes it seem like GameGami wasn't the one who striked it, but someone else reporting on their behalf. Maybe I'm wrong. That's just how it looks to me based on the message. :D

Scroll up a bit. I put here screen from the email I got from YT. Its clearly gamegami who striked it.
