From what I remember, these guys have a great product, but they seriously lack support. I used their chair last year without any issues, but after purchasing again recently, it's been two days with no support despite seeing them active in other channels.

If your chair works without needing help, you’re fine, but if there’s an issue, your time and money might be wasted. I’ll update with a full review once I finally get some support.

No wonder why you're not getting any support, you opened 2 tickets and closed them almost instantly. And you bought BUN DMA R6S cheat WITHOUT having a working dma setup, not mojo even though i ASKED u to buy mojo if you're on 1pc. Not bun. Case closed, thanks

The tickets were nowhere near closed instantly, but thank you for finally getting in touch and for hopefully helping sort the swap to the correct chair. I acknowledge that the mistake with the purchase was on my part.
