yes you stole the name and yes epvp mods should take action
but then again you're not advertising the server as Duckroad on EPVP and you have no facebook links so i don't see a reason for them to delete/ban you
the site used to say "DuckRoad" not D.R

no serverinfo is available on the website so you did your best to avoid using the name DuckRoad
but your client has DuckRoad all over it (I'm assuming based on pics)
even the download links redirect you to download a file with the name DuckRoad.rar i suggest changing that too
