The basic of a filter is a proxy, all filters I know about they are opening 2 new ports so called "public port"

Normally your port looks like this for vSRO 188
15779 - gateway
15881 - download server
15884 - agent server

You want to change gateway (15779) and agent (15884) in SrNodeData.ini from cert to filter real port and then compile.
