Yeah, that was 6 months ago.
I took a break from epvpers after that.
I just roamed the forums looking around and I learned what behavior is accepted and what is not. I learned, and I took the new found knowledge into action.

I am really sick and tired of people judging me for my past.
I don't constantly flame as I used to.
I actually help now.
My past doesn't need to be brought up unless it is a current consistent problem.

Having a past banned account does not accommodate for what has been said to be 6 months. It has been and gone, leave that one in the archives.

Having this "Guardianship" is proof that he contributes/posts and has moved on.

Anyone can become a guardian, there is no requirement, atleast there isnt a huge requirement.

Well SOME of my current behavior reflects on it but my majority is me being helpful and trying to get better.

This isn't a flame war. There's no "backup", this is not to "win" or to "lose". You always try to "win" in arguments and flame wars. That kind of attitude is not suitable for a moderator nor a guardian.

Not true. Flame wars are solely about bagging other users in order to "win" the favors of others or at least put your point across in a rude manner. This is just a discussion and although there is no thing as "backup" there is support. Just like you /signing Korvacs' point shows that you supported his side of the discussion.

I have to agree with Arco here.
He has changed within the last 6 months (as he said).
I have changed my mind, I think Arco would be a good moderator.
