For a cheat that is undetected since Aug 2017, with unique builds each 15 minutes and limited slots, it is reasonable price for the amount of features and basically automated updates, but understandable, the price might be higher than some others, it really depends on people's preference.

yes Vindicator currently supports VAC only, haven't tried it on any minor leagues, but it used to work on some. So only confirmed is VAC at the moment.
