like there a notepad called " Effect list.txt " in the 1.0.0.6 itc HS4L Folder. like i cant tell if it out the item or in the item ( The Discription ). im trying to clean everything out n remake it. for hs4l file. ill tell when i find the right way (Maybe :v )
