Editing DDS Files (How-To)

here we go my "All-In-One-Pack" of 20 different colors...


some crazy.. some nice... lol ^^ :rolleyes:



instructions in file...

Downloaded and works fine, small change with the readme file though guys, when it says to change to, (example) "123456.dds" it means to change to only, "123456" if you add the .dds to the end it will get an error and game wont start. ;)

well i know rename the files to "123456.dds" and not "123456.dds.dds"

it think that should be clear for everyone.. when i mean rename... then i mean rename everything...

EDIT: found something really funny... go to the folder "*/c3/effect/7colorsword" pick the "1.dds" -> rename it to your club-number for example "480139.dds", copy & paste the file in "*/c3/effect/whip.club" and *bang* you have a rainbow-club lol... 7 colors always blinking.... :rolleyes:

there is already a club that blinks... 79.dds in the whip.club folder ;)

btw, does anyone know (or have any idea) where the level 120 armors know where to get the effects from? its easy to change the effect, but im trying to figure out how to add stuff to the archer and warrior armors... there are already effects made but they dont show up (effect/proffesion/archer and proffesion/fighter)

edit: hell, if we could figure that out we could probably add the super effect to any weapons, the cool pose to any armor and the super gem effects to any gem :eek:

look at your club in game, find out what color the glow is... then look through the files and find the same color glow :P thats the file for your club (if you havent downloaded windows texture viewer yet, it is linked in peach's post on the first page of this thread)

because it has a tumbnail version where you click on the folder and all the picture comes up instead of clicking on each file

saves time too!

Edit: when your done installing just click on irfanviewer thumbnails icon (just incase you dont know what to open - has a panda as the icon) o and DOWNLOAD THE PLUGIN ON THE WEBSITE or you cant look at dds files

When i try to save a dds file in photoshop it says.
"Too many channels to export (5)"
How can i fix this ^^
