You are supposed to replace the config_items.itc file you just downloaded/saved with the one in the folder. There is no bubble and no need for an injector in this one either ;u;

i'd like to add the new +5 esper !! how to do ! i tried to do like all effects/enchants .
for example : > <?Effect ID="7012115"?>
that's for Strong Chip (Installation Speed Lv5)
and it still not work !! any solution !! and thx .
