EDIT: Bugfix 1 - Rename file "inc/classes/securimage.class.php" to "Securimage.class.php" (first letter need to be uppercase)

so im trying to use the CMS but its not working, uploaded everything but everytime i try to get on the site it just brings me to offline.php

You have to fix and improve a lot of things before you can use this cms.
