We're enabling superior refine rates as following:
in case weapons are dead +10 or +11, they become +13 and +14, if they are +12 they become +15.

--melee hybrid's skills damage should be increased since their buffs don't have give dmg now, that makes they hit weaker than even a healer (who has more healing skills and should be fully supported character - while hybrid is only halfly supporter)
-Modify gloves weapon 2nd mastery: since block rate is quite useless in this game, change it to something else (maybe offensive stats because gloves's stats have enough defensive ones)
It's been a long time melee hybrid is considered the weakest class in PvP in most official and pri-svs, hopefully their new era will start here :) 9Dragons's Disciplines of Iron Fist clan was abandoned to be developed, so we can fix gloves hybrid to be their figure instead :)

It works, trust me. Only you need to viciously cripple your setup with block relics/gear/etc to even notice it. Since you can get high dodge for next to nothing, makes block a "don't". Dungeon poison is obviously unblockable. It'd make no sense at all to block the effect.Quote:

This dysfunctional game that we all love, has certain attributes which work only on the PvE side and are completely inexistent on the PvP side. Some examples to support my claim from our recent tests:
-physical damage reflect (works perfectly against mobs, doesn't work at all in pvp)
-block rate
Critical dodge is still ambiguous, we'll need to run more tests on this.
