「Release」Item Manager

when i try to open fazedev item manager it says windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item

After that u need to choose a server and then it will come up

Scan the rar file with your antivirus (if u have microsoft security essentials scan with that too) then when scanned and detected as virus allow it/Unblock it

i have a problem.... i download the itm and put it in the s4league folder and then the itm disappear... WTFFF why i have this problem?????
