How can ichange my SRO_Client name to SRO_Myname?

its dont woeks to me:(

when i click launch/start , the hackshield will load , and after that there will appear nothing

i get error when i try the loader !! it all okay until i click start ! when i click it opens a window FULL OF "?" signes.... wtf ??? i can printscreen if u want =( pls help
