If they are using game guard you should download their client. Or at least share their game guard folder from someone who has the correct one.

I don't have a problem, playing as per normal so must have something to do with your GG folder

You have to download the Dll Files from there facebook page

and put the files in the root of your rappelz folden then start the game and taddaa =) it works =P
