this my Conquer .exe for CrazyCo [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] i play in server one can you make CIDProxy work on it for me please

i just looked throw each post and no one has the same problem as me when i try to open it it says "this application has failed to start beacuse MSVCR71.dll was not found." and "Java Runtime enviroment not found"

now can anyone help me with this please
