[Tool] Simple account Createur

im using this program 4 days ago and now dont create accounts :(

he dont create acc's for me what do i wrong ? i have make my refid in the field and want to create 100 acc the maximum and iwait for 30 min and they find no acc's can someone tell me what i doing wrong ?

ok i have a question i downloaded the tool everythings great but how long does the tool/lol need to create the acc they arent listed on the raf. site so how long does it take and does it lvl your acc to lvl 10 or 5 or do i have lvl them by myself?
