escono tutti insieme a caso in ogni mappa

i heard that there's a glitch with this event. raiders and chests spawn on a random map like crazy and then when no npcs left, another map gets filled of them.
does anybody know something on this?

indeed, few hours ago was in 13-2 and suddenly about 6 raiders spawn on same coordination, and then non of them spawn again..same thing happen few mints ago in 18 map
