Backing up and restoring databases in MSSQL is simple administration tasks.
If you can't do this simple task, how on earth do you expect to do something as complex as install, configure and run a game server.

You said you wanted instruction how to set it up. You have been spoon fed links to that over and over again.

If you want the files you will have to search for them somewhere else.

Nobody is willing to spend time and effort uploading them only to have Playwith get them removed a day later.

Keep searching - it will take time. Somebody may post them for you and if you catch it in time you might actually be able to get a copy.

Welcome to the world of creating private servers using copyrighted code. Server code is not easy to come by unless you have friends that have a copy to give you.
