just click "import" then a new window will open...browse to the folder where you save the xml files

I'm seeing the same thing. After importing an xml ruleset, the rules doesn't appear on the right hand side. ALso, the ruleset doesn't appear in the sets list.

The XMLs are easily readable with notepad, and have clear rules in them. I'm using Charles 3.7b4 btw
