What's new:
- Fixed lots of Unicode problems (also known as 'weird' letters)
- Improved lots of library functions for stability and performance
- Now works with PWHitsHell Server

Update:
- Scripting was finally added ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...])
- Smaller fixes and improvements

Note: you can use Scripting to do virtually anything (Farming Scripts, clearing Dungeons, or even write your own Bot that uses vanillabot's scriptapi to communicate with the game).

Enjoy

Hi, I have a few questions about Vanilla Bot :
- There is a Vending feature in it , is it clientless catshop ?
- Intelligent Item Picking, can this be used for gathering specific herbs/mats on a route of coordinates ?

Hmm, I'm interested in this as well. Because if you add a feature to for instance create a route based on coordinates which you stand at in-game for the bot to record then play those cords and pick the specific resource then I think vanilla bot will have me as a customer instantly.

Tried Vanilla bot extensively and this may answer your questions:

- Vending feature enables you to sell picked-up items to the NPC (when the Inventory fills up). Basically - your char will fly to the nearest Apotecary NPC and sell the items (you can customize list of items you don't want to keep in your inventory and thus are sellable).

Along with selling - your char will repair the gear and buy some HP/MP pots (if you set that in the options).

~ ~ ~

- Intelligent item picking: when it comes to herbs/mats - you cannot set which ones to farm precisely. It farms all in the vicinity, and can't follow pre-defined route or coordinates to i.e. farm herbs along the way from Etherblade to Archosaur ... If you need that feature: pGrind bot is the answer.

~ ~ ~

However - Vanilla bot has the scripting capability that would allow you making your own script for a certain actions chain. That might be used to create a farming subroutine - but it requires programming/scripting skills and is not out-of-the-box feature.

Yes I see. I wouldn't know where to start but I am interested. For the advanced scripting I definitely would have to learn python as I wouldn't know where to begin currently. I did see on their website that he gives reference were to go to learn the basics. I am interested and I did see that he updated his bot rather quickly and got around all the issues that currently are in limbo with PGrind.

I'm waiting on swoosh to complete his updates as he had a rough few months. I may in the end probably use both if I can learn python to help me create abilities to the bot which I would need.

Each one (PGrind and Vanillabot) has its advantages and disadvantages.

I will most certainly purchase Vanillabot in a few days (when I have more time to play with it) and then will get my hands dirty with scripting.

~ ~ ~

But, out of the box (during the trial period testing) - what I liked about Vanillabot is the ability to unstuck the character. If you char i.e. gets stuck in a pile of rocks - Vanillabot will detect it and order the character to move in random directions until it gets unstuck.

PGrind doesn't seem to have that.

On the other hand - Vanillabot detects your PW client version automatically and it just works. With PGrind you have to select the correct version, and if you happen to be shuffling around private servers and the official PWI - it might be confusing ...

But - PGrind got some cool feature to enable your character to only picks up the drops from the mob it killed. When you grind around other characters - Vanillabot tends to go to their drops and wait ... PGrind doesn't and you can set the max distance from the killed mob to which the character will go to gather drops/resources.

PGrind also has a "radar view" which shows you all the mobs/items around - and their distance so you can fine tune the above, but I was unsuccessful in ordering it to farm herbs/materials. It would display them on the radar - but was not going to farm.

~ ~ ~

Overall - I liked Vanillabot more and especially the fact that you can set the bot options during the farming (to fine tune or change strategy). In PGrind you have to set all and then you run it - it has to be stopped to alter the options ...

~ ~ ~

More to come - when I give it more time to test. :-)

Vending is like this: walk to seller npc, sell stuff, walk back to training place
About Herb routes: you can use the Scripting feature for that.

I am not sure what you mean with 3x.
Works on some private servers, just try it out for free. If it doesn't work, send me the elementclient.exe file and I can make it work.

"3x"

he meant "to pay in installments"

here we use these "1x, 2x, 3x" referring payment installments
